Apple iPhone 3D control system patent – news (English)

The U.S. patent and Trademark Office was announced by now that Apple filed a new patent in July 2010. This patent includes a 3D control system for the iPhone. For example, the menu can be served with this control. To the control of the menu the Smartphone must be moved.
Much like in a modern computer game which is controlled by a joystick. In Apple’s patent, the Smartphone is the joystick. It is questionable whether it really creates this technology in real use. By far not every registered patent finds its way to the consumer.
